Pringle Brandon Drew, now part of Pringle Brandon Perkins+Will, was formed in 2010 and is currently working with a number of developers and end users in London, the UK, and abroad. As the former director of Rafael Vinoly Architects’ London office, John Drew was responsible for the planning process on 20 Fenchurch Street, the Battersea Power Station Redevelopment, the Mathematical Institute for Oxford University, and the Bahrain Bay Development in Bahrain. Prior to Rafael Vinoly, John was a partner at Foster and Partners and worked on six major City developments including the Willis Building, the Walbrook Building, and 10 Gresham Street. He was also responsible for the Allen and Overy Building in Spitalfields and Kogod Courtyard for the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC. John is currently responsible for base building design and is working on a mixed-use scheme in London’s Shoreditch of approximately 800,000 square feet, including a 39-story residential tower. John is also working on a 200,000-square-foot office building in Cambridge, a number of projects in London, and projects for clients including Microsoft and Siemens.
