Steve's career spans over 20 years of practice management with a concentration on professional service practice strategy, innovations in project delivery, technology optimization and team building. In addition to leading an office of 100 design professionals working on regional and international projects, he has had key roles in major healthcare, research and mixed-use public and private sector projects in the US, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Steve serves on the Greater Washington Board of Trade's Regional Policy Committee and the Trust for the National Mall Corporate Committee. He is active in the Economic Club of Washington, DC and the American Institute of Architects.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in Interior Design and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
