Confidential Financial Services Headquarters

We provided master planning, architecture and interior architectural design services for a financial services headquarters in Riverwoods, Illinois. In order to expand the facilities into a state-of-the-art campus setting, the project includes a 386,000 square foot office building for 1,600 - 1,800 employees emphasizing an open work environment.

A bridge connects this building to a 80,000 square foot Employee Services Pavilion (EPA) that incorporates a food court cafe with 900 seats, a fitness center on the second floor with views of the landscape and meeting spaces. A corporate training facility is located at the garden level and looks out to a landscaped pond. The quality of the work environment is enhanced with strong daylighting elements incorporated throughout the campus.
