The Hotel Victor is an 8-story historic building in the heart of Ocean Drive on Miami Beach. We restored the existing abandoned structure and designed a 5-story addition adjacent to the Versace mansion. This boutique hotel consists of 90 luxury rooms and two restaurants as well as various terraces and bar lounges. The basement houses a full service gym and the main swimming pool overlooks the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor terrace. The penthouses have private terraces and the main restaurant is open to Ocean Drive for outdoor dining.
