The site for Skyline at First Hill is located near bustling downtown Seattle. Its topography is extremely steep with slopes at about an 11% grade. Designed with the benefits of urban living in mind, we preserved the downtown views for the individual units and ensured that the historic chapel on the adjacent site was minimally impacted. A retail center is located on the ground floor that provides residents an opportunity for social interaction as well as convenient access to everyday necessities.
