Located in the Stanford Research Park, the project consists of tenant improvements to an existing 2-story tilt up concrete building and houses the Stanford University Department of Pathology Blood Center and academic research laboratory.

A dedicated entrance at the west site of the building was created for blood center donor related activities with an addition of a new entrance lobby, blood drawing room, lab for organ matching, histology, canteen, offices and a landscaped plaza.

The second floor of the project houses the academic research labs and offices and includes large open labs with adjacent smaller support labs accessed from the existing main lobby. Additionally, there is a separate break room on this floor.
